Holistic support under §16k SGB II is aimed at beneficiaries capable of work who face particular difficulties entering employment. Participation is voluntary. This route does not fall under AVGS.

For participants and case workers

  1. Classify the situation

    We clarify whether holistic support can be the appropriate framework.

  2. Respect voluntariness

    Nobody has to take part. Goals and boundaries are discussed together.

  3. Cooperation with the Jobcenter

    Case workers receive a clear description of the access route — without mixing it with AVGS.
