Our coaching offers are aimed at people with different starting points and support needs – from career orientation and labour-market integration via stabilising employability through to preparing for self-employment.
Multilingual support is a core part of our offer. Subject to availability, coaching can be delivered in German, Turkish, English, Russian, Polish, Romanian and Arabic. Interpreters can be involved if needed.

Holistic support under § 16 k – Mein Start S/M/L
Build and stabilise employability
Holistic support is aimed at beneficiaries capable of work whose employability is impaired by personal, health, family, psychosocial or other burdens.
The aim is to build, stabilise and – where necessary – restore employability. Participation is voluntary. Support follows the individual life situation and can also take place outreach if needed. Other people from the personal environment or the benefit community can be involved with the participant’s consent.
Multilingual support and interpreting are possible if needed.
