Together we look at your experience, knowledge, skills, interests and options. From that we develop concrete goals and next steps into the labour market.
Depending on your needs, the focus can shift – from orientation and goal setting to application strategies, barriers to placement or job-related language skills.

03Preparing for the labour market as an applicantUnderstand the labour market and build key foundations for starting work
We help you use digital tools for research, job search and the rest of your application process. Support with recognition questions is possible if needed.

04Application trainingApply convincingly and reach employers
Together we create or improve your documents, search for suitable vacancies and develop strategies for an active application. Interview preparation is part of the coaching.
