If funding is approved, participation costs can be covered. Your contact person at the Employment Agency or Jobcenter decides on funding.
Three access routes — kept separate

AVGS
Is often used for coaching and activation measures. The provider checks the fit; the case worker decides on approval. An AVGS is in principle a discretionary benefit.

Funds accredited vocational further training. The provider and the specific measure must be accredited. The voucher is typically limited in time, region and educational aim.

The activation and placement voucher (AVGS) is a funding instrument of the Federal Employment Agency and Jobcenters. It allows jobseekers to take free coaching or training with certified providers such as start.haus.
AZAV-certified quality
start:haus is an accredited education provider. An offer is fundable only if provider accreditation and — where required — measure accreditation are in place. Accreditation is granted by a competent body, not by the Jobcenter.
