Understand funding

The AVGS is often used for coaching and activation measures. Whether it is issued is decided by your responsible contact person. start:haus checks the fit with the offer, not the approval.

  • An AVGS is in principle a discretionary benefit. There is no automatic entitlement.
  • The voucher contains specifications on aim, maximum duration, validity and region. The provider checks whether the offer matches.
  • With written consent before the start, participants incur no measure costs for an AVGS measure. Travel or childcare costs should be clarified with the funding body before you start.
  • start:haus may promise neither issuance nor approval.

How to proceed

  1. Initial consultation

We clarify your goal and which coaching could fit in principle — even without a voucher already in place.

  2. Documents for your case worker

You receive a clear classification for the conversation with the Employment Agency or Jobcenter.

  3. Check the fit

If an approved AVGS is in place, we check aim, duration, region and scope against the specific offer.

No AVGS yet?

A no-obligation conversation helps classify the possible path. The decision remains with your responsible office.
