Holistic support under § 16k – Mein Start S/M/L

The person is at the centre.

Personal, health, family, social or financial pressures can make the path into work or training more difficult.

At start:haus we therefore look at the individual life situation as a whole. Together we see which support is useful and which next steps are possible.

New perspectives are possible.

Health & mental strain

We help you structure your situation, find suitable support offers and develop sensible next steps.

Family & everyday life

We support you with family strain, questions about childcare, caring for relatives and challenges in managing everyday life.

Housing

We support orientation, communication with landlords or residential facilities, and developing options for the personal housing situation.

Finances & debts

We help order the financial situation, review options for action and involve suitable counselling services if needed.

Authorities & support system

We support communication with authorities and institutions and provide orientation in the social and support system.

Conflicts & social strain

We help you better understand difficult situations, develop new options for action and find suitable support paths.

Work & training

We accompany you in recognising personal or social barriers that make access to work or training more difficult, and in developing realistic next steps.

Which topics are in focus depends on your personal situation. The priorities can change during the support.

Support where it is needed.

Not every challenge can be addressed only in the coaching room.

If it makes sense for your situation and you wish it, support can also take place outside our rooms.

  • in a neutral place
  • at counselling services
  • at authorities
  • at medical facilities
  • as accompaniment to important appointments

You decide.Outreach support and the involvement of other people take place only with your consent.

  2. 02

    Agree priorities together

Together we decide which topics come first and which solutions to pursue.

  3. 03

Develop solutions and take the next steps

We help you structure your situation, find suitable solutions, prepare and take decisions, locate advice and support, prepare meetings and appointments, and take the agreed next steps.

Support takes place in one-to-one coaching and can also be outreach-based if needed. If language is a barrier, interpreters can be used.

  4. 04

    Review progress together

During the support we look together at what has changed, which steps helped and where further support is useful.
